2. Document and input repair data accurately into the system to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
3. Collaborate with repair technicians and customer service teams to facilitate efficient repair processes.
4. Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure repairs meet brand specifications.
5. Provide feedback and insights to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
