Coach Project Manager, Architecture

1. Manage and oversee architectural projects across North America, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and retail operations, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
4. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
5. Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in the retail sector.
