Coach Project Manager, Architecture

- Manage and oversee architectural projects across North America, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and retail operations, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
