Coach Product Development Specialist

- Assist in the product development process from initial concept through to commercialization, ensuring timely execution of prototypes and samples.
- Support special techniques such as printing, laser, and embossing, ensuring all product executions meet design requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and liaise with factories to manage materials, components, and hardware throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to uphold quality standards, conducting quality checks and addressing potential risk issues early.
- Facilitate communication between strategy costing, LM, MM, HW, and production teams to ensure accurate material and component usage.
- Lead handover meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss design details, quality risks, and special executions.
- Maintain and update reports in the EC-Vision system according to specified deadlines.
- Verify allocation and transfer lists with the planning team to ensure accuracy and manage transfer development.
- Visit sampling partners to ensure sample accuracy before dispatch.
- 1-2 years of experience in product development within the handbags, wallets, or accessories industries, preferably with branded experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of bag or fashion accessories manufacturing processes and familiarity with fabric and leather.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving for quality issues in production and finished goods inspection.
- Analytical decision-making regarding product acceptability in line with Coach's quality standards.
1-2 years in product development within the handbags, wallets, or accessories industries, with branded experience preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
