- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for omni-channel marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training content with brand objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to enhance performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of training specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing training programs within a marketing context.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing training or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
