1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for omni-channel marketing initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training content with brand objectives.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to enhance performance.
4. Lead and mentor a team of training specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methodologies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and managing training programs within a marketing context.
3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.

4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing training or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
