1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies for men's outlet bags globally.
2. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product assortment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to align on product launches.
4. Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
5. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
6. Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising tactics.

8. Prepare and present merchandising plans and performance reports to senior management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
3. Proven track record of successful product management and merchandising strategies.
