2. Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong sales metrics.
5. Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
6. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
7. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
8. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
9. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
10. Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$16.00 to $24.00 per hour.
