- Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Develop and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong sales metrics.
- Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
- Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Drive for results and exceed goals successfully.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build trust.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to build effective relationships.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
$16.00 to $24.00 per hour.
