- Understand organizational objectives and collaborate with Store and Assistant Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach's selling and service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance store and financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and drive team selling.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards and adapt to business needs.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store in partnership with the corporate office.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury retail service environments.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $16.00 to $24.75 per hour. Compliance with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
