1. Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
3. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to drive strong metrics and team selling.
6. Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with Store Managers to achieve business goals.
7. Build credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
9. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
10. Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections.
11. Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
12. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and encourage growth.
13. Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$17.00 to $27.75 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
