Coach Lead Supervisor

1. Lead and model sales and operational processes to achieve store success.
2. Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies to drive growth across all categories.
4. Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering brand loyalty and business in the local market.
6. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
7. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
8. Adhere to all Coach retail policies and procedures.
9. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in retail systems and technology.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $16.00 to $23.50 per hour.
