1. Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team adherence to Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
3. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
4. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
5. Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
6. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, building credibility and trust.
7. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
8. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
9. Develop and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
10. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
11. Maintain the interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
12. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
13. Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $19.00 to $22.00 hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
