- Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team adherence to Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, building credibility and trust.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
- Develop and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain the interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $19.00 to $22.00 hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
