Coach Lead Supervisor

- Model and reinforce Coach selling and service standards on the sales floor; act as a visible ambassador of brand behavior and presentation.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to meet individual and store metrics through daily feedback, training and delegation.
- Execute and sustain clienteling strategies to drive repeat business and long-term customer relationships, leveraging store tools and technology.
- Support Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) in deploying sales strategies and adapting personal selling techniques to meet business objectives.
- Manage daily operational responsibilities to Coach standards, including POS operations, inventory tasks, store upkeep and adherence to retail policies.
- Hold the sales team accountable for productivity and personal sales; monitor metrics and adjust floor coverage to optimize performance.
- Recruit and support staffing needs; participate in local brand-building activities and community engagement to drive store traffic.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and proactively, escalating to Store or District management when appropriate.
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others and deliver measurable sales results.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holiday peak trading days.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing and prolonged standing.

Requires 1–3 years of retail experience with demonstrated sales performance; prior supervisory or leadership experience and familiarity with luxury retail trends strongly preferred.
