1. Assist in the development and execution of global merchandising strategies for women's bags in the outlet segment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product assortments with brand objectives.
3. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product performance.
4. Support the planning and coordination of product launches and promotional activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
2. Previous experience in merchandising or a related field within the fashion industry.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related role within the fashion industry is required.
