1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and motivation of the sales team.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
4. Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards.
5. Manage inventory levels and store expenses efficiently.
6. Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
