1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
5. Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
