Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and staff management.
2. Drive sales through effective leadership and motivation of the sales team.
3. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
5. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
7. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
