1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
