1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance by providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to maintain a high-performing team.
4. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and maximize sales.
