- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals.

- Maintain the aesthetic and safety standards of the store environment.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
- Ability to manage operational tasks efficiently.
- Capability to adapt to various roles within the store environment.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay ranges from $18.50 to $31.50 per hour, complying with applicable wage laws.
