1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation, customer service, and employee management.
2. Ensure the achievement of store sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
4. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team collaboration and personal growth.
6. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail software and point of sale (POS) systems.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
