1. Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing all aspects of store operations.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of store sales targets.
3. Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
4. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
7. Support the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional activities.
