1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Supervise, train, and develop store staff to enhance their performance.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
