1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Ensure the store meets and exceeds performance standards and sales targets.
4. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
6. Oversee inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
