1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Support in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Oversee staff training and development to enhance team performance.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
5. Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
