1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
4. Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's brand image.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
