1. Assist in the development and execution of buying strategies for the women's outlet division.
2. Analyze sales trends and market data to inform purchasing decisions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role within the fashion industry.
