1. Oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail stores within the designated area in Singapore.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue.
3. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's standards of excellence.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to enhance performance and productivity.
5. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

7. Maintain a strong presence in the stores to ensure alignment with brand values and operational standards.
