Coach Acting Lead Supervisor

- Lead daily store operations in an acting capacity, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling oversight.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximise individual and team performance while reinforcing Coach brand standards.
- Drive sales and KPIs through proactive clientelling, conversion focus and execution of merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and product presentation aligned with season and campaign directives.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage and task delegation to meet service levels and traffic patterns.
- Resolve customer escalations and complex service issues with diplomacy to protect brand reputation.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
- Communicate corporate initiatives, promotions and training to the store team and ensure compliance with policies.
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Strong leadership and people-development capability with a track record of coaching to improve performance.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage customer escalations and build client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Typically requires at least 2 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience with luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
