- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
- Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs.
- Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
