1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs.
4. Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
5. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional customer experience.
7. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
10. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines.
12. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
