Church's Retail Merchandiser

- Conduct periodic and specific analysis of sales trends by item and store, preparing necessary reports.
- Evaluate local market needs in terms of trends, competitor positioning, and customer characteristics through ad hoc analysis.
- Participate in the creation and drafting of the Master Order, preparing requisite documentation.
- Collaborate on replenishment and product transfers among stores or markets, based on inventory monitoring and directives from the Retail Merchandising Manager.
- Present the Collection contents directly to Store staff in collaboration with the Retail department.
- Work with the Training department to create product knowledge trainings.
- Collaborate with the product office in collection briefing.
- Engage with business controlling on defining the OTB and seasonal budget.
- 2-5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising roles, preferably within luxury or footwear companies.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability to travel to different stores based on market requests.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge and awareness of the luxury industry, market, and competitive trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Qlik).
2-5 years in Retail Merchandising, preferably within luxury or footwear sectors.
