2. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future sales opportunities.
3. Promote and embrace an Omni Channel approach to sales.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
7. Handle customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
8. Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines.
9. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
