2. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.

4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, supporting diversity and inclusion.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, following company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
