1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the client journey ceremony.
2. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
3. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive working environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.
5. Provide an excellent in-store experience, proactively engaging in cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product theft.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
