- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering personalized service and fostering future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating various sales channels seamlessly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.
- Passion for selling and retail environments
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of the managed product category
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
