- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and customer engagement.

- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Address customer complaints efficiently, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product theft.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-focused role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion and retail environments.
- Curiosity and interest in art and design.
