1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the client journey ceremony.
2. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and develop future opportunities.
3. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
5. Provide an excellent in-store experience, proactively engaging in cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
8. Effectively address customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
