1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Promote and embody the brand philosophy and values, guiding clients into the world of Prada.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with customers.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
10. Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
11. Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

1. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
