- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Promote and embody the brand philosophy and values, guiding clients into the world of Prada.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
