1. Develop and enhance the Internal Control framework across the Middle East zone.
2. Support departments in process definition and improvement, particularly for new activities and businesses.
3. Conduct audit assignments and recommend remediation or optimization actions.
4. Elaborate the Major Risks mapping in collaboration with the management team.
5. Supervise the annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign and ensure timely action plan implementation.
6. Support the implementation of Group Ethic & Compliance programs.
7. Drive initiatives to automate control testing using technology.
8. Act as a key stakeholder for special projects.

1. Master's degree in Finance or Audit.
2. CIA or CPA diploma preferred.

1. Strong understanding of internal control frameworks.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to conduct thorough audits and risk assessments.
4. Proficiency in leveraging technology for control testing.

A minimum of 6 years in an Internal Audit or Internal Control role within a multinational and large-scale company.

Master's degree in Finance or Audit.
