1. Maintain the highest standards of store maintenance and retail operations.
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of sales systems, cash handling, credit, and exchange procedures.
3. Motivate and support the sales team by being present on the sales floor.
4. Act as a liaison between the team and management.
5. Assist in training staff on product knowledge.
6. Effectively integrate new staff members into the team.
7. Handle customer complaints efficiently, involving management when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
3. Sensitivity to the fashion industry and a strong affinity for luxury products.
4. Excellent service orientation and customer experience skills.
5. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
7. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
