1. Develop and enhance the Internal Control framework across the Middle East zone.
2. Support departments in process definition and improvement, particularly for new activities and businesses.
3. Conduct audit assignments and recommend remediation or optimization actions.
4. Elaborate Major Risks mapping in collaboration with the management team.
5. Supervise the Group's annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign.
6. Support the implementation of Group Ethic & Compliance programs.
7. Drive initiatives to automate control testing using technology.
8. Act as a key stakeholder for special projects.

1. Master’s degree in Finance or Audit.
2. CIA or CPA diploma is advantageous.
3. 6+ years of experience in Internal Audit or Internal Control in a multinational company.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in leveraging technology for process automation.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

A minimum of 6 years in an Internal Audit or Internal Control function within a multinational and large-scale company.

Master’s degree in Finance or Audit.
