1. Maximize sales targets and ensure maximum profitability for the department.
2. Develop and lead the team through continuous training, evaluation, and coaching.
3. Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, recruit new clients, and enhance client loyalty through CRM actions.
4. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered, in line with brand expectations.
5. Provide reports and analysis for the Women Department, including merchandising, stock control, and department activities.
6. Adhere to the company's charter and prevailing codes and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail management.
2. Expertise in Women Ready to Wear and leather goods is mandatory.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding sense of customer service and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
4. Ability to demonstrate initiative and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Swedish and English; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail management is required, with specific expertise in Women Ready to Wear and leather goods.
