1. Compile weekly wholesale selling reports.
2. Generate key-style selling reports.
3. Support team with RTV (returns) authorization forms and maintain RTV log.
4. Create all-category lookbooks for every collection for all accounts.
5. Assist in the development of training material for sales teams and schedule trainings and calls/visits to stores.
6. Review final orders and check order confirmations.
7. Track shipments.
8. Create competitive analysis reports.
9. Assist during and after market week by creating assortment snapshots for all accounts.
10. Communicate with accounts on a daily basis.
11. Enter orders during market for 8 collections a year, including 4 Women’s and 4 Men’s collections.
12. Perform any other tasks as assigned.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent follow-through practices.
3. Superior analytical capabilities.
4. Strong time management skills and prioritization ability.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
6. Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
8. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
