- Compile weekly wholesale selling reports.
- Generate key-style selling reports.
- Support the team with RTV (returns) authorization forms and maintain RTV log.
- Create all-category lookbooks for every collection for all accounts.
- Assist in developing training materials for sales teams and schedule trainings and store visits.
- Review final orders and verify order confirmations.
- Track shipments.
- Create competitive analysis reports.
- Assist during and after market week by creating assortment snapshots for all accounts.
- Communicate daily with accounts.
- Enter orders during market for eight collections annually.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- At least 6 months of prior experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent follow-through practices.
- Superior analytical capabilities.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Organizational skills with attention to accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
The position offers a salary of $20 per hour.
