1. Assist the Grand Vendeur with all client appointments and communications.
2. Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
3. Provide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clients.
4. Facilitate communication between clients, management, and the boutique network.
5. Manage all incoming requests directed to the Grand Vendeur.
6. Execute miscellaneous housekeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
7. Prioritize and manage deliveries and shipments for Grand Vendeur clients.
8. Assist with client gifts and letters for special occasions.
9. Record and maintain client profiles within the Dior Star CRM platform.
10. Manage sales through various platforms on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
11. Demonstrate strong client knowledge with a focus on service and problem-solving.

1. 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury market.
2. Strong brand and product knowledge.
3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range is $24-$28 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
