1. Efficiently receive and process returns of defective items from an international B2B clientele.
2. Coordinate the dispatch of defective products to appropriate workshops or departments for thorough evaluation and repair.
3. Manage logistical aspects to ensure the swift and effective return of repaired products to multi-brand clients.
4. Collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure meticulous preparation and seamless dispatch of products.
5. Oversee the operational and logistical follow-up of returns and shipments.
6. Participate in scheduling client appointments for sales showrooms.
7. Develop and manage the operational planning for showrooms.
8. Record orders taken during showroom events.
9. Provide direct on-site support during showroom events.
10. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and various documents.
11. Support the management of team members' schedules.
12. Organize business travel and make necessary reservations.
13. Handle expense reports.
14. Assist in organizing internal or external events for the Business Unit.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree – Bac +4/5 in commerce or management from a business school or university.
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French; proficiency in another language is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
3. Proficiency in office software, including MS Office.

Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 in commerce or management.
