- Coordinate with the field Visual team to schedule display installations, de-rigs, and repairs across the US and Canada.
- Oversee prop inventory management, ensuring accurate cataloging at off-site storage facilities.
- Collaborate with warehouses to coordinate shipments.
- Maintain accurate tracking and cataloging of all shipments from Headquarters, including invoicing.
- Ship and track Visual samples to Paris.
- Organize and log the use of Visual Merchandising Ready-to-Wear samples, including maintaining the VM prop and sample closet.
- Manage the Visual Merchandising Calendar.
- Maintain and organize the Intranet database, including floorplans, contact lists, and store hours for all Dior locations.
- Catalog and post current photos of recent installations, ensuring all new store opening photos are properly documented.
- Create master PowerPoint presentations for all locations to facilitate in-store display zoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address various business needs.
- Work closely with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager of NY Metro to prioritize tasks and adapt to urgent needs.
- Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to meet and prioritize fast-paced deadlines while being adaptable.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with the team.
At least 6 months of prior experience in an administrative role.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
