1. Manage visual merchandising strategy across cross-functional teams to execute seasonal collection launches and drive sales.
2. Lead and develop a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists, supporting their career growth.
3. Coordinate visual efforts including collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, which may require work during overnights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and excellence, ensuring meticulous display maintenance.
5. Coordinate walkthroughs of displays and participate in meetings to address merchandising concerns and align with corporate directives.
6. Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all teams involved, ensuring full visibility and accountability.
7. Develop and maintain partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
8. Ensure diligent handling and organization of props, maintaining an up-to-date inventory.

1. Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
2. Proven ability to develop and train teams, maintaining high professionalism.
3. Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
4. Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.

Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
