1. Implement and communicate corporate visual concepts at the store level to reinforce the global brand image.
2. Plan and execute store interior and window displays in collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Retail Leadership.
3. Adapt visual presentations to meet local market needs and support business objectives.
4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and consistent application of visual direction.
5. Collaborate with external vendors on window installations, ensuring all props adhere to brand image standards.
6. Ensure visual standards are met and provide qualitative feedback to drive business growth through visual merchandising.
7. Operate within budget requirements while leveraging visual merchandising to enhance sales.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Display and Merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
