1. Create 3D models of visual merchandising projects using Rhinoceros and Cinema 4D.
2. Develop technical plans for prototyping window displays and VM objects.
3. Prepare tender documents in collaboration with the purchasing and logistics teams.
4. Oversee the development and fabrication of prototypes.
5. Adapt decor to various window and store configurations in collaboration with the VM image team and regional zones.
6. Customize in-store animations to fit different spaces within the network.
7. Manage production schedules and ensure adherence to decor installation timelines.
8. Ensure flawless installation and execution of window concepts globally.
9. Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and market teams to propose optimal production solutions that meet budget, quality, and deadline standards.

1. Degree in object design, architecture, or technical drawing.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar field.

1. Expertise in the development and production process of decor.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of various production techniques.
3. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (Adobe Suite, Rhino, Veret, Keyshot, Excel).
4. Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, curiosity, flexibility, and artistic sensitivity.
5. Teamwork skills.
6. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Degree in object design, architecture, or technical drawing.
