1. Oversee all events related to Women's, Men's, Jewelry/Watches, Baby, and Dior Maison collections, including cultural events and exhibitions.
2. Lead a team of designers in executing visual merchandising strategies.
3. Analyze marketing, press, and retail briefs to inform design decisions.
4. Identify and evaluate potential venues for hosting events.
5. Conduct project studies and engage in creative meetings with the team.
6. Develop moodboards, sketches, 3D models, and material selections.
7. Collaborate with the Image Events team on product categorization and zoning.
8. Communicate and liaise with visual merchandising zones.
9. Present project proposals to senior management.
10. Share and monitor project progress.
11. Manage timelines, production, logistics, and installation processes.
12. Provide team leadership and management.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied Arts, Design School, or Interior Architecture.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3D modeling, Rhino, and/or Cinema4D.
2. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication abilities.
4. High level of reactivity and attention to detail.
5. Deep understanding of object culture, scenography, museography, and architecture.
6. Strong sensitivity to fashion and product knowledge.
7. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position within the luxury industry is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied Arts, Design, or Interior Architecture.
