Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Coordinate visual merchandising across the network in collaboration with City and In-Store Visual Merchandisers.
- Develop weekly and monthly team schedules based on rotations and events.
- Oversee the pre-launch coordination and implementation of visual merchandising initiatives on the ground.
- Facilitate coordination between various VM services, including Creation and Image, during window installations, and liaise with other departments such as Marketing and Product.
- Manage budget tracking for the designated area and analyze VM expenditures in collaboration with the VM Manager and Financial Control.
- Handle the ordering and delivery tracking of props for boutiques in collaboration with VM operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for planning and event execution.
- Participate in the installation and rotation of window displays.
- Ensure adherence to standards and application of guidelines.
- Communicate and share information with the entire VM France team to ensure optimal workflow.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising coordination within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail environment and brand dynamics.
- Proficiency in necessary computer tools for role execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising coordination, with hands-on experience in the luxury sector.
